1. Cancellations by Client
- More than 24 hours before appointment: Full refund or free rescheduling.
- 12—24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or free rescheduling (one time only).
- Less than 12 hours before appointment:No refund. The appointment may be rescheduled at the consultant's discretion.
- No-show: No refund will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice.
2. Cancellations by Consultant
In the rare event that Acharya R.K. Mishra needs to cancel or reschedule a session (due to health, travel, or unforeseen circumstances), the client will receive:
- A full refund, or
- A complimentary rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time.
3. Service Satisfaction
Astrology and Vastu consultancy involve subjective interpretations of celestial and spatial data. While we strive for the highest accuracy and client satisfaction:
- We do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with predictions or outcomes, as these are inherently subjective and depend on multiple factors including individual free will and changing cosmic transits.
- If you feel your consultation was not conducted with the thoroughness or professionalism expected, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will offer a complimentary follow-up session.
4. Vastu Consultations (On-Site)
- Before the visit: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled on-site visit.
- After the visit: No refund is applicable once the on-site assessment has been conducted, as the service has been delivered.
- Travel expenses for on-site visits outside Pune are non-refundable once travel has commenced.
5. Gemstone & Product Purchases
Gemstones and Yantras purchased through our platform:
- Can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
- Custom-energised (prana-pratishthit) items are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the client.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7—10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For UPI/bank transfer payments, provide your bank details for the refund.
